egebet Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "egebet," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the egebet online gaming platform operated at egebet.ws.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses an egebet account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the egebet platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money PHP funds held in a player's egebet account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives issued by egebet subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate amount a player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Games" refers collectively to all slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, sabong, and any other gaming products accessible through the egebet platform.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency in which egebet accounts are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by egebet prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise deemed necessary.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the egebet platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the egebet Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and egebet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether oral or written.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the egebet platform. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. egebet strictly prohibits access by minors. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The egebet platform is operated for and directed at players physically located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the egebet platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. egebet makes no representation that the platform is lawful or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain only one egebet account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. egebet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and winnings, and forfeit any balances therein.

3.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your egebet account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly whenever it changes. egebet is not responsible for any delays, errors, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your egebet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) delivered via SMS. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or allow any third party to access or use your account.

egebet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings. You agree to notify egebet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

egebet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity carried out through your egebet account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by a third party to whom you have disclosed your credentials — will be deemed to have been carried out by you and will be your sole responsibility.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

egebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). egebet reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. egebet does not impose a deposit fee on any supported Philippine payment channel. Any fees charged by your payment provider are separate from egebet and are your sole responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC identity verification. Verified withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

5.4 KYC Verification

egebet is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, and Driver's Licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). egebet reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

egebet is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. egebet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, freeze funds pending investigation, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Deposits made to an egebet account must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by egebet are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your egebet account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. egebet reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings if it determines that wagering requirements have not been met or have been met through excluded game categories.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

egebet monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to obtain unintended bonus credits. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and permanent termination at egebet's sole discretion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your account without compensation. egebet is under no obligation to provide notice prior to the expiry of Bonus Funds.

7 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Availability

egebet offers a variety of gaming products including slot games, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), sports betting, bingo, and sabong. The availability of specific games and betting markets may vary from time to time. egebet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any game or market without prior notice.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes, odds, or payouts, egebet reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the wagered amount to your account balance. egebet is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to egebet's sports betting rules, which govern event settlement, void markets, cancellations due to postponement, and in-play wagering conditions. Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds may be voided at egebet's sole discretion. Settlement of all sports betting markets is final once confirmed by egebet's trading team following official results.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the egebet platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. egebet reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time, including restricting individual account bet limits where egebet determines this to be necessary in its sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the egebet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one egebet account for any purpose.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, sports betting markets, or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to egebet deposits.
• Using egebet accounts for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or IP masking tools to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data or content from the egebet platform.
• Allowing a third party to use your registered egebet account.

9 Responsible Gaming

egebet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. By using the egebet platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that it is your responsibility to play within your means.

9.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all egebet players via the account dashboard:

9.2 Age Restriction

egebet strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Players who register while underage, or who allow a minor to access their account, are in material breach of these Terms and Conditions. All winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and the account permanently closed.

10 Suspension & Termination

egebet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if egebet reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to egebet, other players, or third parties.
• egebet is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon termination for cause, any real-money Balance remaining in your account after deduction of amounts owed to egebet (including any fraudulent winnings to be voided) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

You may close your egebet account voluntarily at any time by contacting egebet customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms and Conditions.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the egebet platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of egebet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the egebet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any egebet content without the express prior written consent of egebet.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, egebet, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the egebet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruptions to platform access caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond egebet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the egebet platform.

egebet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to egebet in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by egebet's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data

egebet collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at egebet.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

egebet will not sell your personal data to third parties. egebet may share your data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil its obligations to you.

14 Amendments

egebet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the egebet platform. The amended Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is published, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or by a regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the egebet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
